Privacy Policy

1. Who operates Orbump

Orbump is owned and operated by Orama Group LLC ("Orama," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Orbump mobile application and related services.

2. Information we collect

Player identity. Orbump does not require a separate Orbump account. On iOS, Apple Game Center provides a game-specific player identifier and display name when connected. On Android, Google Play Games provides a player identifier and display name when connected. Orbump uses these to keep player progress separate and support the leaderboard for your platform. Orbump does not receive your Apple or Google password through these integrations.

Saved progress. Progress is saved on your device. On iOS, when Game Center and iCloud are available, campaign best scores sync through Apple iCloud for the same player. On Android, when Google Play Games Saved Games is available, campaign best scores sync through Google for the same Play Games player. Apple and Google progress and leaderboards are separate; Orbump does not transfer saves between iOS and Android. Cloud synchronization may be delayed or unavailable while offline.

Gameplay information. We may store campaign progression, level scores, best scores, time remaining, performance rank, run seed or similar anti-cheat/gameplay metadata, and leaderboard records. Custom-level performance is not submitted to campaign or global leaderboards.

Device and advertising information. When advertising is enabled, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, ad interactions, diagnostic information, approximate location inferred from network information, and consent or privacy choices, subject to your device settings and applicable law.

Local app data. Orbump stores some account and game information on your device so the app can restore your session and progression.

3. How we use information

We use information to identify connected players, save progression, operate the campaign leaderboard for each platform, maintain game integrity, prevent abuse, provide customer support, improve app reliability, comply with legal obligations, and display and measure advertising where permitted.

4. Advertising, consent, and tracking

Orbump uses Google AdMob to serve advertising. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Where required, Orbump uses Google’s consent tools to request or record advertising-related privacy choices before requesting ads. On Apple devices, App Tracking Transparency permission may also apply to access to the advertising identifier or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. Declining tracking or personalized advertising does not prevent you from playing Orbump.

5. Public leaderboard information

Your platform player display name and qualifying campaign scores may appear on Apple Game Center or Google Play Games leaderboards according to that service’s privacy settings. Manage your Game Center profile through Apple settings or your Play Games profile through Google settings. Custom-level scores are kept separate and do not affect campaign personal bests, progression, overall score, or global leaderboards.

6. Service providers

We use service providers to operate Orbump, including Apple for Game Center and iCloud on iOS, Google Play Games for player profiles, leaderboards, and Saved Games on Android, and Google AdMob for advertising and related consent services. Earlier versions used Supabase for Orbump accounts and gameplay records; this version does not create new Orbump accounts or send gameplay records to that backend. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We require service providers that receive user data from Orbump to protect it consistently with applicable law and our obligations.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and gameplay information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Orbump and for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. You can manage Game Center and iCloud data through Apple settings and privacy controls. On Android, use Google Play Games settings to manage or delete Play Games data for Orbump. Deleting local app data or uninstalling Orbump does not necessarily remove cloud saves, leaderboard records, or information retained by advertising providers. Cloud progress can return when you reconnect the same platform account. Contact admin@oramagroupllc.com for help with deletion requests, including records from an Orbump account created in an earlier version, subject to applicable retention obligations.

8. Your privacy choices

You can manage certain advertising privacy choices from Orbump’s Profile screen where available. On iOS, you can control tracking permissions in device Settings. On Android, you can manage advertising ID and available advertising privacy controls in Android or Google settings; the options depend on your device and operating system. You can manage your platform player profile through Apple Game Center or Google Play Games settings and contact us for help with earlier Orbump account records. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live, including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of personal information.

9. Children

Orbump is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Orbump in violation of applicable law, contact us at admin@oramagroupllc.com so we can review the request.

10. International processing

Orbump and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Orbump changes. We will update the effective date when we make material revisions and will provide additional notice when required by law.
