Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orbump, a mobile game owned and operated by Orama Group LLC ("Orama," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Orbump, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You may use Orbump only if you are legally permitted to use the service in your location and, where required, have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.
3. Your account
Orbump can be played without a separate Orbump account. Progress is saved locally. On iOS, Game Center features require an authenticated Game Center player, and cloud progress requires iCloud and the same Game Center player on your Apple devices. On Android, leaderboards and cloud saves require a connected Google Play Games player and the same player on your Android devices. Apple or Google manages your platform player identity. iOS and Android saves and leaderboards are separate. Campaign levels unlock in order when you pass the preceding level. Cloud saves may be delayed or unavailable; deleting local data without a synchronized cloud copy can result in lost progress.
4. Campaign scores and leaderboards
Campaign scores, ranks, progression, and leaderboard positions are game features only and have no cash or monetary value. We may use reasonable technical measures to validate results and may remove or disregard scores that we reasonably believe resulted from cheating, automation, exploits, manipulation, or technical errors.
5. Custom level mode
Create Your Own Level is a separate, noncompetitive mode. Performance in custom levels does not count toward campaign progression, campaign personal bests, overall points, per-level leaderboards, or global leaderboards. We may change the available custom-level settings as the game evolves.
6. Advertising and third-party services
Orbump may display advertising provided by Google AdMob or other approved providers. Advertising and third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Apple App Store and Google Play distribution, and Apple Game Center and Google Play Games features, are also subject to the applicable platform terms. Features may differ by platform. You can make certain privacy choices as described in the Orbump Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with Orbump’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it, exploit bugs to manipulate scores, use automation or bots to affect gameplay or leaderboards, impersonate another person, or use Orbump for unlawful or abusive activity.
8. Ownership
Orbump, including its software, branding, logos, artwork, audiovisual elements, interface design, and original content, is owned by Orama Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use Orbump for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of Orbump or its content to you.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Orbump to maintain, secure, or improve the service. We do not guarantee that every feature, leaderboard, advertisement, or online service will always be available or error-free.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orbump is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orama Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Orbump. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Orbump at any time. Manage Apple Game Center and iCloud data through Apple settings, or Google Play Games data through Google settings. Contact us for assistance with records from earlier Orbump accounts. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Orbump, other users, our systems, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to Orama Group LLC, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and protections that apply in your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Orbump after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For questions, contact Orama Group LLC at admin@oramagroupllc.com.
