Purchases and restoration

Use Restore Purchases in the game with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Cosmetic skins, world themes and Lifetime Ad-Free are one-time purchases. Apple manages billing and refund requests.

Saved progress

For cloud progress, sign into Game Center and connect to the internet. In Settings → Player Profile, tap Sync Now. Unfinished runs are not saved to the cloud.

Report a problem

Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary personal information.

Privacy requests

Contact the same email address for privacy, access or deletion requests. See our Privacy Policy for details on stored progress and deletion.
