Crystal Meridian Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Crystal Meridian, a mobile game owned and operated by ORAMA GROUP LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Orama," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Crystal Meridian, you agree to these Terms where permitted by law. Our iOS Privacy Policy and Android Privacy Policy explain how information is handled on each platform.

2. Eligibility

Crystal Meridian is intended for players aged 13 and older. Do not use it if you are under 13. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, your parent or guardian must review these Terms and permit your use where required by law. Use the game only where legally permitted.

3. Profile and progress

No separate Crystal Meridian email/password account is required. Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games on Android provide platform-specific player identities. Local records and supported cloud progress are associated with the relevant player profile. When cloud saving is enabled and you sign in, supported personal records and introduction status can sync between compatible devices using the same platform identity. Device preferences and advertising choices remain local. Apple and Google identities are separate; signing in on one platform does not link progress on the other.

Optional leaderboards use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. If you choose to participate, your platform player identity, longest-run result and rank may be visible to other players under the platform’s settings. Stopping participation prevents future submissions by the game; resetting progress does not remove records already held by Apple or Google. Consult the relevant platform’s controls and support for those records.

Removing app data or losing your device may erase progress that has not yet synced. Delete Saved Progress resets gameplay records across devices when they reconnect. A hashed identity and reset marker remain to prevent old progress from returning; see the Privacy Policy for further deletion requests. We cannot restore records that we no longer hold. Operating-system backups are managed by your device provider.

4. Scores

Scores, close-call bonuses and personal records are game features with no cash or monetary value. Rules and scoring may change with updates. We may use reasonable safeguards to reject or correct records affected by technical errors, automation or manipulation. The game does not offer cash prizes, wagering or cash redemption for scores or items.

5. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with Crystal Meridian's operation, gain unauthorized access to systems, exploit bugs to manipulate results, use automation to manipulate gameplay, impersonate others, or use the app for unlawful or abusive activity. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

6. Advertising and other services

Crystal Meridian includes optional rewarded advertising for one revive per run and full-screen advertising generally after every second eligible completed run during a session, subject to availability. Ads appear between runs, not during active gameplay. A revive is granted only when the advertising provider confirms that the reward was earned. Ads may be unavailable due to connectivity, consent choices or provider availability; ordinary gameplay remains available without a rewarded ad.

Rewards have no monetary value. Selecting an advertisement or external link may open a third-party website, app or store. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Displaying an advertisement does not mean Orama endorses the advertiser or its products.

In-app purchases

Optional crystal skins, world themes and lifetime ad-free access are one-time, non-consumable purchases through the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. The applicable store displays the local price before payment confirmation. These products have no recurring charges. Purchases require store authorization and an internet connection, including parental approval where applicable. Pending or failed transactions do not grant access until the store confirms the purchase. Prices and availability are those displayed by the applicable store at purchase.

Ad-free access removes all advertising, including revive ads, and includes one ad-free revive per run. Skins and world themes change appearance only and are purchased separately. Each world theme is a permanent, non-consumable unlock for the supported life of the game; it does not change scoring or difficulty. "Lifetime" means access for the supported life of Crystal Meridian; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Restoring purchases and refunds

On iOS, use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for purchase. On Android, purchase ownership is restored through Google Play using the purchasing Google account. Restoration requires a compatible app version and may require an internet connection. Game Center or Play Games profile identity alone does not establish purchase ownership. Apple purchases do not transfer to Google Play, and Google Play purchases do not transfer to Apple. We do not promise transfers between accounts or Family Sharing unless the applicable store listing expressly offers them. Resetting gameplay progress does not cancel store purchases.

Payments, authorization and refund requests are handled through the applicable store under its policies and applicable law. Refunded or revoked purchases may lose access. For assistance, use Apple purchase support or Google Play refund support, or contact admin@oramagroupllc.com. Orama does not receive payment-card details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Ownership and license

Crystal Meridian's original software, branding, artwork and interface belong to ORAMA GROUP LLC or its licensors. Subject to the applicable app license, you may use the game for personal entertainment; no ownership of the game or purchased digital items transfers to you. Third-party materials retain their applicable licenses. This does not claim exclusive ownership of public-domain materials, including the CC0 Awake! soundtrack by The Cynic Project.

For the App Store version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separate custom license is presented in the App Store. These Terms supplement that license for our game services and purchases; they do not narrow rights granted by Apple's applicable usage rules.

For the Google Play version, use of the game is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and usage rules. Nothing here limits mandatory rights or applicable platform rights.

8. Availability and changes

We may update features to maintain, secure or improve Crystal Meridian. If a change or discontinuation materially affects purchased access, we will give notice where required and honor applicable consumer remedies. Paid benefits remain subject to the purchase description and mandatory law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crystal Meridian is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ORAMA GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of Crystal Meridian. This exclusion does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Ending use

You may stop using Crystal Meridian at any time. Use Player Profile to reset progress, and see the Privacy Policy for cloud deletion requests. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud information or cancel Apple or Google Play purchases. We may end the license where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms or applicable law, subject to mandatory rights.

12. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. These Terms do not replace the Apple license or mandatory consumer rights. Contact us first if you need help with a dispute; no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. You retain mandatory consumer rights and protections in your place of residence. No provision removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and their effective date, giving additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only where legally permitted.
